Bright future leads to new Brightway Insurance headquarters
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 15, 2010) – April brings positive changes to Brightway Insurance as it moves its Jacksonville headquarters to a new, state-of-the-art facility.
With more than 13,000 square feet, Brightway Insurance’s new headquarters at 3733 University Blvd. W. in Century Plaza will accommodate approximately 120 associates as the company continues to grow by hiring locally to handle increasing demands in the area of policy servicing, accounting, quality assurance, sales and administration.
This makes Brightway Insurance the anchor tenant for Century Plaza.
The company’s previous square footage was 5,600 at its old site, 5700 St. Augustine Road. The company will occupy more than double that at its new site and will have the option to grow into an additional 20,000 square feet. The leasing company is Florida Executive Realty, and the agent was David Needle.
With many insurance brands in the headlines for leaving Florida, Jacksonville-based and Florida-focused Brightway Insurance continues to bring jobs and savings to the community as demand continues to grow.
